This section contains a copy of the documentation issued for the conduct of the 2009 race. Those for the 2010 race, which may differ significantly in some places, will be posted here by 10 March 2010. This is essential reading for all Captains, Competitors and Coxswains.
	The Race is conducted under A.R.A. Rules for Processional (Head) Events. Specific provisions for The Head of the River Race are detailed here.
