In partnership with Active Tools our Honorary Secretary, Olympic Champion cox and five-time winner of Head of the River, Phelan Hill was joined by Boat race winning cox, Sophie Shapter for a steering the tideway event at London Rowing Club at 7.30pm on Wednesday 13th March 2019.
